Classic Italian gnocchi seems way more difficult to make than it really is. In this “how-to” class, Chef Lindsay Cook will take you through how to make and shape potato gnocchi, then create two different sauces to turn this into a memorable meal.
Class is 2.5 hours long. We are fully licensed and drinks or barista made coffee will be available throughout (alcohol from 11am, not included in price above). Class is held at our Parnell premises in Auckland - 79a St George’s Bay Road.
Chef Lindsay is Social Cooking’s longest serving chef. She has conducted dozens of cooking classes and team building events for us, all with her trademark good humour and approachability. Lindsay is Woolworths head in-house chef, and has previously owned her own catering and cake baking company.
Please note: Number of attendees are set at checkout. Minimum class size is 8 attendees. If attendees are fewer than this, the class will be postponed and credit vouchers provided.
